| Quotations Quotations are typically issued to lighting distributors. Email our quotations department a lighting schedule with any pertinent information for the quickest service. If you need assistance with choosing products feel free to contact us for assistance. Lighting Specification Our sales team works closely with Architects, Engineers, Lighting Designers and Design Build Contractors to assist with Lighting Specifications for their projects. This includes showing samples of products, providing budget pricing, lighting calculations, and real solutions for over budget projects. Lighting Calculations We use AGI32 to provide our customers with the most accurate Lighting Calculations. AGI32 works with AutoCad drawings; email your project and lighting requirements and we can turn around lighting calculations quickly. Typicals can also be provided if drawings are not available. Samples Samples are rotated frequently by our salesman and manufactures to ensure our customers get to see the latest and greatest products. If your project requires samples, sample order and payment may be required. Order Entry To enter an order with any one of our manufactures you must first have an open credit account with the manufacturer. If you do not have an open account, please send your credit references along with the manufactures credit application (available on request). Be sure to request a quotation from our quotations department so there are no hold ups while processing the order. Please refer to the quotation number on your order. Following up on an Order After we process your order, an order acknowledgement will be emailed to the customer who submitted the order. Please have the acknowledgement or your PO number ready when following up on an order. We send additional conformations regarding Estimated Ship dates and Actual Ship dates with tracking information as they become available to us. Proof of delivery is not normally provided, but is available be upon request. Hot Sheets Hot sheets are available for electrical distributors.
